DELIVERY & RENTAL TIMING
We want you to get the most out of your day!
- Delivery: 1-4 hours before your event starts (does NOT count toward your rental time).
- Full Day Rentals: Minimum of 5 hours between 12 PM and 5 PM. Pickup will be between 5 PM and 6 PM.
- Free Overnight: For residential events after-hours, choose a FREE overnight upgrade! Pickup will be the following day between 9 AM and 1 PM.
- Multi-Day Rentals: Delivered 1-4 hours before your start time and picked up by 5 PM on your final chosen day.
UNIT DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
- Capacity: 5-7 riders at a time (Ages 3+)
- Weight Limit: Max 125 lbs per person
- Setup Access: Requires a minimum 36" gate and a clear, flat path.
- Important: This is a very heavy item. We cannot move it over stairs or steep inclines.
- Surface Limitations: Wet inflatables cannot be setup on dirt.
- Note: Designed for children and families; not suitable for adult-only events.
