We make every effort to set up for each and every rental reservation; however the safety of your children is our top priority. Bounce On reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather. Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns or improper setup surface including snow, mud and pet waste etc. With a chance of 61 percent rain or greater we may not deliver. If it's too windy 15- 20 mph or greater or wind gusts or actively raining we cannot set up a bounce unit. If this is the case, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options. If Bounce On DOES NOT cancel your rental In the event of adverse weather, you will be given the alternative to cancel the event at any point prior to the equipment being setup, continue with your rental or reschedule. But, once the equipment has been setup, the total amount of the rental is non-refundable. Please note that if the weather outlook becomes more unfavorable or is actively raining at your delivery time, we may still be required to cancel deliveries to ensure your safety. If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, and the weather becomes unfavorable, there are no refunds. Minimum setup/pickup temperature is 50 degrees. Water inflatables are available from May 15th-September 15th.
WARNING:INFLATABLE UNITS MUST NEVER BE USED WHEN RAINING/POOR WEATHER and/or WHEN WINDS ARE 20MPH OR MORE. Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous when wet. In these situations the inflatable unit MUST be evacuated and deflated until the winds die down and/or the rain stops. Once the storm passes re-inflate the unit and dry off the inside before using the unit again.
Our drivers use a heavy-duty dolly to move the inflatables from the truck to the setup area and back. The inflatables weigh between 250-500 lbs. when dry and are rolled up to stand between 5-6 feet tall. This means the inflatables CANNOT be lifted over obstacles of any kind. The driver requires a clear 3-foot (36") relatively flat path to the setup area, free of obstructions and stairs. No stairs or steps can be along the pathway to the set-up location without prior arrangements. If the only access to your setup area is over stairs/steps or another obstacle, please alert us when placing your order. Failure to make arrangements for stairs/steps or other obstacles prior to arrival may result in the driver's inability to safely deliver and setup the unit and a cancelled order. We can usually handle 1-2 standard steps but cannot deliver where there are full flights of stairs or more than 2 standard steps, uneven surface way to the setup location or steep inclines.
The WET inflatable unit can be set up on any LEVEL area including WELL ESTABLISHED GRASS, CLEAN CEMENT, ASPHALT or SMALL DECORATIVE ROCK. ESTABLISHED GRASS is a FREE basic setup. Cement / Asphalt / Small Decorative Rock additional fee-$59 (NO DIRT / WEEDS / SLAG / LARGE ROCKS) The additional fee covers the anchoring system for all surface types listed above and any cleaning fees for non grass setup. Please specify correct surface type when ordering to prevent delays in setup or a cancelled order due to non approved surface. If you request redelivery there is a fee of $40.00. If in doubt Please call/text with any questions about approved surfaces, we are happy to assist or look at the setup area prior to the event. The area should be clean and cleared off of all debris and animal waste. Set-up takes about 20-40 minutes depending on surface type and size of inflatable. Delivery is usually 1-4 hours before your event begins and does not count against your 5 hour rental. Ultimately, you are guaranteed the minimum number of (5) hours (weather permitting) Any extra time due to early setup and later pickup (busy schedule) is extra bonus time. *If you are renting a wet unit you will need to supply a reliable hose. **Water inflatables are generally available from May 15th-September 15th or if the weather is warm enough for a wet rental.

We arrive 1-4 hours before your event starts. If the delivery schedule is busy we may ask to deliver the day before at no extra charge. Due to the delivery schedule on your day, you can receive extra time at no additional charge (especially for water inflatable rentals because they take longer to setup/take down). Your rental will begin and end at your requested time, regardless of how early our crew sets up or how late they take the unit down. Ultimately, you are guaranteed the minimum number of (5) hours (weather permitting), any extra time due to early setup and later pickup (busy schedule) is extra bonus time. The latest pickup is at 7:00 PM or shortly thereafter. Please call/text if you need to make arrangements for an overnight or weekend rental. Fees apply.
We use 18" spikes to secure the inflatables, If you are not sure if any utilities are present underground the following step can prevent an interruption of service or a potentially hazardous situation: Call 811 before you dig.
Sorry, for the safety reasons our staff will deliver and set up each unit. We will inspect the area to insure that there are no safety hazards.
An area that is 4 feet larger than the unit on all sides. No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they may interfere with the unit. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed.
The unit should be on a dedicated 110V outlet. The outlet must be located within 50 feet of the unit.

Sorry, we do not allow adults on the inflatables unless there is an emergency or you are in the weight /height guideline for the particular inflatable rented. there are weight and height restrictions for each inflatable posted on the website.
YES, all equipment is set up, cleaned and sanitized at the time of delivery. General cleaning is included with the rental, however excessive cleaning due to intentional neglect (SILLY STRING, GUM, CANDY OR OTHER STICKY SUBSTANCES) will result in extra cleaning fees.
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.
Payment in full is due upon delivery. Cash, check cards, credit cards accepted.
We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better. Most equipment during the summer season is reserved about 3 weeks in advance.
We do not require a deposit. All we need is the date, time, location and the unit(s) you want to reserve. All inflatables are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
