FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

☀️We make every effort to fulfill each and every rental reservation; however, the safety of your children is our top priority.

Bounce On reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement 

weather.

Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns or an improper setup surface, including snow, mud, and pet waste, etc.

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellation Criteria

• Rain: With a chance of 61 percent rain or greater, we may not deliver. If it is actively raining, we cannot set up a bounce unit.

• Wind: If it is too windy (15–20 mph or greater or with high wind gusts), we cannot set up a bounce unit.

• Temperature: The minimum setup/pickup temperature is 50 degrees.

If any of these conditions apply, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options.

🛑 Options for Adverse Weather

• If Bounce On DOES NOT cancel your rental: In the event of adverse weather, you will be given the option to cancel the event at any point prior to the equipment being set up, continue with your rental, or reschedule.

• Once the equipment has been set up, the total amount of the rental is non-refundable.

• Please note that if the weather outlook becomes more unfavorable or is actively raining at your delivery time, we may still be required to cancel deliveries to ensure your safety.

• If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up and the weather becomes unfavorable, there are no refunds.


🚚Our delivery area includes Pueblo and surrounding areas. Local delivery up to a 10-mile radius is FREE! After that, the following applies:

• Minimum order total of $300.00 plus any setup/service fees.

• Delivery and pickup combined is $12.00 per mile (round trip) and is subject to change at Bounce On's discretion.

• Out-of-town delivery is not guaranteed and must be approved by management by calling (719) 821-3206.

• Some deliveries may be delivered the day before and picked up the day after, depending on local workload and the weather outlook.


📅You can check availability or place your order easily and quickly by calling/texting 719-821-3206. Our service hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. We require no deposit; just provide the date, time, setup surface type, location, requested unit(s), and a phone number. We will send a text confirmation once availability is verified. We can usually complete your order in a few minutes.


⏱️Full-day rentals provide a minimum of 6 hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Delivery is 1-4 hours before your event and does not count toward the rental time. If the event starts at 2:00 PM or later, an overnight rental is suggested, or pickup will be at 7:00 PM. We may offer free day-before delivery for eligible residential rentals when our schedule is busy. Overnight rentals will be picked up the following day between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Weekend rentals are delivered on Friday before 6:00 PM and picked up on Monday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.


🚚Our drivers use a heavy-duty dolly to move the inflatables from the truck to the setup area and back. The inflatables weigh between 250-500 lbs. when dry and are rolled up to stand 5-6 feet tall. This means the inflatables must not be lifted over obstacles of any kind.

The driver requires a clear, relatively flat path of 3 feet (36 inches) wide to the setup area, free of obstructions and stairs. No stairs or steps can be along the pathway to the setup location without prior arrangements.

If the only access to your setup area is over stairs, steps, or another obstacle, please alert us when placing your order. Failure to make arrangements for stairs, steps, or other obstacles prior to arrival may result in the driver's inability to safely deliver and setup the unit, resulting in a cancelled order.

We can usually handle 1-2 standard steps but cannot deliver where there are full flights of stairs, more than 2 standard steps, an uneven pathway to the setup location, or steep inclines.


🌱All inflatable units (Wet or Dry) must be set up on a level area. The setup area must be clean and clear of all debris and animal waste. Setup takes about 20–40 minutes, depending on the surface type and size of the inflatable. Please specify the correct surface type when ordering to prevent delays in setup or a cancelled order due to an unapproved surface. If you request redelivery, there is a fee of $40. If in doubt, please call or text with any questions about approved surfaces; we are happy to assist or look at the setup area prior to the event.

WET Unit Approved Surfaces and Requirements: Wet inflatable units can be set up on well-established grass, clean concrete, asphalt, or small decorative rock. (NO DIRT) If you are renting a wet unit, you must supply a reliable hose. Wet unit rentals are generally available from May 15 to September 15, or if the weather is warm enough for a wet rental.

DRY Unit Approved Surfaces: Dry inflatable units can be set up on well-established grass, clean concrete, asphalt, packed field dirt, or small decorative rock.


⚙️We use 18-inch spikes to secure the inflatables. To prevent an interruption of service or a potentially hazardous situation due to underground utilities, you must call 811 before we dig. 🔒 Safety and Setup Policy

For safety reasons, Bounce On staff must deliver and set up every rental unit. Our team will inspect the designated setup area upon arrival to ensure that it is free of all safety hazards.


🚧The setup area must be 4 feet larger than the unit on all sides. There should be no overhead power lines or low-hanging tree branches present, as these may interfere with the unit. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery and setup are completed.


⚡ Power Requirements

The unit requires a dedicated 110V electrical outlet. This outlet must be located within 50 feet of the setup location.


🚫 Deposits and Cancellation

There are no deposits and no cancellation fees. Customers have the option to cancel at no charge anytime prior to the setup of the unit. To cancel, please call or text us at (719) 821-3206.


🧑‍⚖️ Adult Use Policy

For safety purposes, adults are not permitted on the inflatable units unless they are responding to an emergency or if they meet the specific weight and height guidelines for the particular unit rented. Weight and height restrictions for each inflatable are posted on our website.


🧼 Cleaning and Sanitation

Yes, all equipment is set up, thoroughly cleaned, and sanitized at the time of delivery. General cleaning is included with the rental fee.

However, excessive cleaning due to intentional neglect or prohibited substances (such as Silly String, gum, candy, or other sticky substances) will result in extra cleaning fees.


⚠️ Mandatory Safety and Supervision

You MUST adhere to all safety and operating guidelines.

A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must be fully knowledgeable of the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. The customer is responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage throughout the rental period.


💳 Payment Policy

Payment in full is due upon delivery. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, debit cards, and credit cards.


🗓️ Reservations

We are always accepting reservations for equipment. We encourage you to call or text as soon as possible, as the sooner you book, the better. During the summer season, most equipment is typically reserved about three weeks in advance.


🚫 Public Park Setup

The city of Pueblo does not permit us to set up equipment in public parks.
